ADAPT is committed to receiving and addressing any concerns, complaints or suggestions that you have.
If you have a concern, complaint or suggestion, please speak to any member of our staff and they will do their best to assist you and to resolve the issues quickly as possible.
You are also welcome and encouraged to drop off a letter at any ADAPT office, or to send a letter to:
