Karen has spent the majority of her career in Human Resources, with 20 years of experience spanning Human Resources, Compensation, Planning and Strategy. Karen has held executive positions with Rogers Communications in Business Transformation, Planning and Go-to Market program execution, and most recently at TD Bank as a Vice President in Human Resources and Compensation.
Karen has been known throughout her career for thought leadership and creativity in the Human Resources field – transforming how organizations operate and people collaborate. She has led multiple organization-wide transformations, designing and implementing enterprise-level strategies in talent management, incentive and organizational design, and leadership development.
Karen has her MBA from Ivey School of Business and was elected to the ADAPT Board of Directors in 2025. She lives in Oakville with her two kids – Huxley and Quinten. When she’s not chasing after her two kids, she’s following her love of running and reading.
