If you and/ or your family, loved one has had a positive experience with ADAPT, please let us know. Your input will help us to keep up the good work we do that is of value to you.

On the other hand, ADAPT is also committed to receiving and addressing any concerns, complaints or suggestions that you have.
If you have a concern, complaint or suggestion, please speak to any member of our staff and they will do their best to assist you and to resolve the issues quickly as possible.

If the staff you speak with cannot resolve your concern, we invite you to send a message to adapt@haltonadapt.org or clientrights@haltonadapt.org

You are also welcome and encouraged to drop off a letter at any ADAPT office, or to send a letter to:

No matter how you choose to submit your feedback, you will receive a response in no more than 3 business days.

Any information we receive from you and/ or from anyone advocating on your behalf will remain confidential and be communicated only to those people who need to know. ADAPT takes your privacy seriously and will comply with Ontario Privacy laws.
