Kieran Beharry has over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale organizational transformation across the private and public sectors. With a proven track record in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, licensing, customer success, and operational efficiency, Kieran specializes in revitalizing underperforming operations and driving sustainable growth. Kieran is currently the Director of Operations at Legend Power Systems, where he leads a national team of over 200 personnel and oversees multimillion-dollar initiatives focused on energy optimization, infrastructure efficiency, and service delivery. He also serves as a trusted Principal Consultant at OPSTEGY INC, where he advises C-suite leaders on operational restructuring, logistics optimization, and technology adoption.
Kieran serves on the board of Re-Imagine Ontario a not-for-profit organization focused on supporting vulnerable youth and isolated seniors, with some youth programs designed primarily for vulnerable individuals within the Black community.
Kieran holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Business) from DeVry University.
Kieran is a member of the Milton community, and joined the ADAPT Board of Directors in June 2025.
