Randy has over 25 years of diverse work experiences that spans across multiple industries and disciplines. Throughout his career he has driven improvement in results whether it was increasing revenues, lowering costs or improving the risk profiles for each organization he has worked for. He is a results-oriented leader who can get the job done in either a start-up or large blue-chip company. He has earned a brand as an authentic leader who can create new strategies and execute them while leading high performing teams and working with partners in a variety of business models. He has established leadership positions in 2 major industry sectors: Financial Services and Telecommunications.
Randy brings several years of Board governance experience having been the Chair of the Oakville Soccer Club which is one of Canada’s largest not-for-profit sports organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University and is a proud member of the Oakville community.
