Varun Kuarsingh has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in finance, strategy, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has held Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance positions across the financial services, insurance, aviation, and technology sectors, including leadership roles with Caribbean Airlines Limited, Pan-American Life Insurance Company, Anderson Sinclair Professional Corporation, and FNF Canada / Chicago Title Insurance Company. He is recognized for building and transforming finance functions in complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizations.
Throughout his career, Varun has been a trusted advisor to Chief Executive Officers and Boards of Directors, leading financial restructurings, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, treasury modernization, audit transformation, and governance initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and long-term sustainability. His leadership at Caribbean Airlines included restructuring the airline’s financial framework and repositioning a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio to support strategic growth.
Varun brings extensive financial oversight, governance, and Board reporting experience to ADAPT as a Non-Director Committee Member. His expertise in strategic planning, enterprise risk management, and organizational transformation supports ADAPT’s commitment to strong governance and long-term organizational sustainability.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University / York University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies. Varun is a CPA, CGA and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has also completed executive programs at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and the World Trade Institute of New York.
