Wendy brings more than twenty-five years of financial experience leading growing, publicly traded international companies, mainly in the resource sector. Her skills and experience include cash management, accounting and internal controls, public disclosure and governance, capital markets, accounting and internal controls. She has held senior finance positions, including currently as Chief Financial Officer for Canada Nickel Company Inc. Wendy also serves on the board and audit committee of BZAM Ltd. and is a financial advisor for Everyday Heroes Kids.
Wendy was first appointed to the ADAPT Board of Directors in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and she resides in Oakville.
